We cover everything! Physical prep for birth during pregnancy, every phase of childbirth, including pre-labor, what to expect, and what your partner or support person can do. We go through a birth plan, hospital/birth center bag checklist, registry items, and how to prepare your home if you are planning a home birth. We will also cover postpartum prep of your home, kitchen, and community, and discuss all the ways to support healing for mama after birth. Lastly, we talk about breastfeeding and a newborn’s eating and sleep schedules. Each session is about 1.5-2 hours.
