This one hour session will give you an hour to go through any questions you have about birth and postpartum. We can talk about physical, mental, and emotional prep for birth, preparing your community and your home for bringing home baby, customizing your registry, etc.

I recommend you go through the Birth 101 presentation and Postpartum Prep PDF before this session as great jumping off points for your foundational knowledge.
